Re: What is the biggest misconception

People always think i'm 5-10 yrs younger than I am... I ususally get the "YOU'RE married???" question, and then the "HOW OLD are you???" question. People are shocked when I tell them i'm almost 27!!

UGH!!! I get that as well. A friend's BF actually said to me the other day "Why can't your parents just GIVE you a down payment for a house?" Drives me crazy!!!! Chat Icon

Aside form that, people sometimes think that I am stand-offish when they first meet me, but I'm really just VERY shy when I meet people for the first time.

Okay, seriously...I think we're the same person! Besides the moola thing...I am told more often than not that I come off stand-offish, and in turn, they are intimidated by me!

Re: What is the biggest misconception

that I am a b*tch

If I had a dollar for every time someone told me that they thought I was the biggest b!tch til they actually talked to me...

I am actually kinda shy, and a bit serious. So, I don't smile enough for some people and I come off as aloof.

Re: What is the biggest misconception

That I am a b!tch because I am very quiet and take a long time to warm up to people (the shyness in me). I am actually very nice and get along with all kinds of people really well.

Re: What is the biggest misconception

My family and friends think I am a stress free and carefree person...but thing aren't always as they seem. If they only saw me at the end of a day. I am stressed to the max. I really hide things well though. I always put on a happy face no matter what the circumstance or stress I am under!!
