Our appliances. We just did our kitchen and we went high-end everything. I absolutely LOVE cooking on my Wolf range. I give it a bath every night like it's my baby!

CAC, Landscapers & Inground Sprinklers.
The CAC & inground sprinklers were already installed when we moved in.
The CAC tops them all though. If we could only keep one I would keep the CAC. Now that we have it I can't imagine life without it.

CAC, landscapers, IGS, IGP! I love all of these things. I dont think I would ever get a cleaning lady. I dont mind cleaning that much.

Cleaning Lady - me
Sprinklers - my DH moves the sprinklers daily... ha
and we only have in window ACs LOL

well the landscaping is included in the common charges - as well as snow removal which is so convenient. i guess central air - i grew up without any AC at all so that is a real nice treat. we have crown moulding. i never thought we'd have something so nice like that!

This is going to sound really simplistic, but a dryer.
Most people in the UK don't have tumble dryers, they mostly dry their clothes on radiators or clothes horses, and with the damp weather we often have, it makes for hard clothes, and clothes that just never feel dry!
When we moved into our house I told my husband I wasn't going to live without one, so we have one integrated into our kitchen!

Right now, we have none of those lovely luxuries. We are planning on having inground sprinklers put in next year, when we also plan to resod. I miss CAC terribly!
