what is one luxury that you have for your
house
(example: landscaper, cleaning lady, inground sprinklers, etc.)
that you would never get rid of and are so happy that you have!?

I am so glad we hired a landscaper back.
It's $25 per week. That's the equivalent to Chili's or TGI Friday's take food for 1 meal.
I would get a landscaper over a cleaning lady anytime.
My next luxury... inground sprinklers but that's way down the line.

Also radiant heat. There is nothing like stepping on warm tiles!
Oh and Central Air, lol..I can't stop picking things, central air is a GODSEND.

We pay for landscapers, which we said we weren't going to do when we bought the house, but we're so glad about now!

Central air is my #1 thing I can't live without.
I also have a lawn service, my DH works lots of hours and if he had to maintain our property on the weekend we'd never see him.
I get a cleaning lady 2x a month and sometimes I feel like I need it and other times I don't. I have 2 kids and work part time, so it's definitely helpful.

We don't have a cleaning lady, in-ground sprinklers, landscaper...
We bought the house without CAC. We lived for 5 years with just a window AC in our bedroom. IT was brutal. in 2006, we had central AC installed and it was the best decision ever! I will never live in a house again without it.

Inground sprinklers! We thought they were going to be so expensive and they really weren't. We've gotten many compliments on our lawn from neighbors and I think it's b/c most ppl around here don't have them. :)

i would like to hire someone to follow my husband around all day long and pick up all the things he randomly puts ALL over the house (socks, mail, cups, wrappers, boxes, etc etc etc). what is that luxury called???

We put IGS in the back, but we did it ourselves.

We both work two jobs and I can't see myself spending the 12 hours a week of my "free time" doing major cleaning or cutting, edging and trimming my lawn.
Well worth the money.

A master bath-our house was the only house we looked at in our price range that had one...never thought we would have one..now we have been in this house for 2 months and I dont know how I ever lived without it!

We have a landscaper and for $25 a week it is well worth it!
We also put in Central Air a year after we moved in and it was the best investment ever! (I grew up with CAC, so I just had to have it in my home). I could not live without this!
Our house came with inground sprinklers and they are wonderful to have as well!
Now, all I need is a cleaning lady and I'll be set!

A Wife!! Not every man has one, but those that do usually b!tch about the cost, but in reality couldn't live without one.

There are a few things I couldn't live without, especially in the Summer:
Central air
Cleaning lady
Natural gas hook-up on deck for bbq (never have to worry about running out).
