What is everyone doing on memorial weekend?
Still trying to figure out what to do this memorial weekend with my kids. Where is everyone going?

What is everyone doing on memorial weekend?
Staying home and finishing up the last minute details for dd#2 due in June. We may have a small barbecue on Sat but this is the only year we purposely did not make plans

I never know what to do.
It's always too cold for the beach in May around here.
And too cold for the pool. Even if it's warm out the pool is still freezing.
We usually do nothing.

What is everyone doing on memorial weekend?
We're going to my little nephew's bday party on one day, and spending the next day with my DH's family (visiting my mil's dad in the cemetery and having a bbq at my bil's afterwards).

We are going to CT to visit the In-Laws. They don't get a chance to spend much time alone with the kids so they are kicking us out for a night and DH and I will go to Mohegan.

Cleaning out FIL's hoarder apartment, shoot, I forgot to order the junk truck.
Sunday, I want to stay home and putz around my house.
Monday, back to FIL's to sort and pack up more shit.
I've got until June 15th to get it all done and turn in the keys.

My new kitchen cabinets are going in! I'm beyond excited after 4 months with no kitchen. I'm also going to work on my gardens that look like a mess right now.

Majority of the time staying home and relaxing. We're always running around and it's a day where we don't have to do anything.
If its nice out we're going to take DS to the park. He loves it there

Saturday - Small BBQ at a friends house.
Sunday - Belmont racetrack with all our friends and kids. We do this every year and it's a lot of fun.
Monday - Relax around the house. Maybe visit my dad for a bit.

Going to Montauk. First time with the twins and I'm so excited!
Last time DH and I were there I had just had my first Ob appt and they had only seen one baby. We found out the follwing week there were two!
It will also be our 5 yr engagement anniversary. We were engaged on the beach in Montauk.

Relaxing with DH and the kids, maybe a BBQ at home if the weather is nice, and working on our bathroom reno. I'm just excited for DH to be home the next 4 days!  My DD only has Monday, they lost 2 days because the district took snow days this year.

DH and DS are going to visit FIL but I have to stay here and work Monday. So I'll be working on homework while the house is quiet and going for long walks.
