Trying to decide between making a homemade pizza with chicken sausage, mushrooms, and garlic (no cheese... DH can't have cheese) or making chicken marsala. I kinda want the pizza so I may just make that even if he doesn't text me back any time soon...

these meals sound so good! monday night is the only night of the week that i'm alone (DH teaches late), so i usually just do a sandwich and fruit or veggies. pretty boring, but it works!

I kind of want to just stay home and have some good soup but i'm going out to some benefit my friend is throwing. . I'm hoping they have some good food there though bc I'm hungry!!
but I'll give you last night's dinner/today's lunch . . soba noodles with tofu, spinach, broccoli, red peppers and a ginger peanut sauce. . I almost ate it for breakfast but did manage to save it for lunch!

DH is out of town, so I just threw together a big salad: romaine, red cabbage, yellow and orange peppers, cukes, celery, carrots, feta, a little bit of bacon and balsamic and olive oil.

We had homemade Meat Suace (courtesy of my mom and the local farm all fresh picked veggies) and Whole Wheat Barilla plus spaghetti. And some garlic bread!!!!
