WE FINALLY SOLD OUR APARTMENT!!!!
I just wanted to share after almost 2 yrs on the market, 3 deals falling through, We officially sold our Co-op In NYC!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD.
Dec 21st was by far the best day. That was the day our DD was born last week and on that same day we got the Co-op board approval for our buyer.!!!
I am so excited we have a new family and now can have a new home.
We are moving temporarily to a condo in Garden City while we look for a house.
I am sure I will have a ton of questions once we start house hunting.
Goodluck to ayone who is selling a house or apartment. It can be a long and tough time but eventually it will happen.
