We finally got into the apartment
This guy took an immaculate condo unit and destroyed it.
I'm so suing his azz.
He lived in it two years.
It's like he never cleaned..never vacuumed. He lived there 2 years. He said he was going to have it cleaned. He lied to me over and over and now I don't care if he's sick.
If he's not he's going to be when I get through with him.
I have a snapfish link with 95 photos taken by my contact there. She is going to scrub the place and get all the estimates for getting the place back to normal. 2 year old carpeting may be ruined. Thousands of dollars of damage. I will try to post the link. I had the urge to hold my nose just looking at them.
I don't have it now to fix the place so it's all going on a credit card.

that was the fridge. It's busted. Soot from him burning candles or smoking something is all over the house.
It's in his lungs no doubt. No wonder he is sick.
The AC unit may need repair too.
I really don't need this stress.

Bathtub was eggshell colored. Carpet was a nice medium brown..now it's a filthy brown.

I'm so angry!
This was a beautiful, immaculately kept unit. My parents lived there for 10 years. I loved it, I loved visiting it.

That was the story of my last tenant.
Given our place needed outdating, he left the keys on the stairs (my notice he was gone!) with a complete appartment furnished with his junk. Bed with disgusting yellow sheets, pasta from his previous meal still in the pot in the sink. Disgusting! The 2 yo carpet RUINED by stains and cigarette burns. He was not allowed to smoke there. He disconnected the smoke detector. We could have had a fire at night and could have all died. His $1000 deposit was used to trash all his c rap and hired a cleaning company to scrub the place.
I have not rented since!!!!
Sorry you have to go through that. Especially when you are not there.

I'm going through AZ justice court to get a judgement.
I can do it online and telephonically. Who knew?

Oh my gosh, I can NOT believe the damage that was done. Those carpets Are they dirty or moldy?? Sorry to say, but it looks like a drug house!

I laughed at that too.
it looks like there was a heat puff back. i can't believe people live like that. it's truly dispicable.

I've been reading your story all along and just wanted to say... WOW... how can 1 person in 2 years create such a disgusting place... And the fact that he lived in that filth will def help him plead his case of insanity
Even with heavy smoking and burning candles, I cannot see how a place could be filled with that much soot/ash (thats what it looks like to me)... The fact that the vents look the way they do makes me question how much real clean air circulation was going through that place... not much... How gross...
I should send these pics to my ex landlord... She seemed to think we left our apt dirty.... And I def cleaned wayyy more than this guy!!!

He was so paranoid he put extra locks on the place and alarmed it.
I should have the police take a look.
