Good Location
Pray for me- I am bringing my checkbook!
 
Update- too small- but great kitchen and bath
I am going to sell a town house tomorrow- 3 stories- basement, parking- but "average condition" so it's either old and space
or new and tiny
I need something in between

I already told Jake if I like- I am taking it
I can't take the stress of looking when I start my new JOB on tuesday
I hate not feeling settled- and feeling like I am going to be homeless
we only have my Grandma in NY- and she can't take all 4 of us- (Jake, Myself and the Fur kids)

nope- I am done with buildings
it's in Queens- 1 of the 2 towns I am considering
2 family house- top Floor
Use of Driveway- new kitchen and Bath
$1500
which is a grand total of $570 LESS then we pay now
