I am so so sorry for your loss
I went through the same thing over the summer. I strongly suggest doing a d&c as soon as possible. The longer you wait the more emotional it is. I had three full days inbetween the initial visit and the actual d&c. It was a really hard 3 days and I wish I didn't wait. Also the risk with waiting for it to naturally happen is that everything may not come out, and might end up needing a d&c anyway. I am really sorry you are going through this. We are all hear for you.
