I'm just so sorry  I know how you feel about IVF being a last resort, and that was exactly how I felt as well, but my DH kept hammering in my head the whole time, it's NOT a last resort. As with trying naturally, there's a percentage that works, and a percentage that doesn't, which is just comlpetely random and means absolutely nothing.
It's truly crushing and devastating to fall into the percentage that doesn't work, but that doesn't mean it will NEVER work for you. It's just a question of statistics and trying again to hit the right cycle. You have 10 perfect little embryos waiting for you, so let yourself go through the emotions, grieve, cry, sob, and when pull yourself back up and focus on your next cycle, we'll all be there for you
