The final result from our dormer project
PLEASE DON'T QUOTE but I wanted to share a few before & after pics of our project.
We still have a few things to do on the interior and eventually want to go over the brick with stonework, and clearly the landscaping has to get done, but here is the result. We just had our fence done last week too:

We had an existing rear dormer they worked with. We fixed that (squared it off in the back) and did the front (and added the 7-ft attic space). I don't have side pics.

Thank you - it's actually been done since 12/14 (that's when we moved back upstairs). As much as a challenge as it was to bring the new baby home during this project - it did fly (it retrospect) and was worth it to just get it done when we did!
