Talk to me about temping...
I have never done it and was thinking about it this month. I have been using OPK's, though last month I only took 2 when I thought I was ovulating (and I was, I am pretty regular). I have heard that temping is very annoying but accurate...thoughts, suggestions? What do I need???

I use temping to confirm O. You need a basal thermometer that you can find at target. Just take your temp every morning at the same time as soon as you wake and before you get up or move around. Even weekends!!!

Temping is super easy, just annoying because you have to take your temperature at the same time every day even on weekends. Once you take your temperature for a while, you are looking for a rise in temp. The rise tells you that you definitely ovulated.

This. I still use OPKs but I found temping to give me extra piece of mind

Input your temps on a website such as fertility friend so you're not guessing what your temps mean.
