Talk to me about temping...
I started last month but did not stick with it because my temps were so sporadic anywhere from 95.0 to 98.0
I have a basil thermometer I got at cvs, should I be checking the temp at a certain time each day? What am I doing wrong?

I havent gone this route (yet, at least) but my gyn said that you take your temp first thing in the morn, before you even get out of bed or do anything else... maybe thats where you're going wrong?

PS: I highly suggest getting the book taking charge of your fertility... it will explain all of that plus soooo much more... really great resource!

U need to have at least 3 hours of uninterupted sleep and it needs to be done the second u wake up. No trips to br no drinkin nada!! & at the same time everyday.
