Switched my OB appt. to tomorrow- 3rd update bad news :(
Had a sono and appt set for Wednesday. The dr. had wanted to see me after hearing that I had bled and thought I had my period before I got my BFP. Well, yesterday I started bleeding again. More spotty and I'd say light bleeding today. This is such an emotional rollercoaster. I went from BFN and upset to getting my period and accepting it, to having a temp shift and getting a BFP, to now thinking I might get some bad news. I know that what's meant to be will be, but this is just so confusing and emotionally draining. Guess I'm asking for some  and 
UPDATE: The sono tech saw NOTHING I've been spotting more and of course when I got there it was more and definitely red. The sono tech "suggested" in her subtle way making sure she said she wasn't a doctor, that she saw nothing, no signs of pregnancy,and my body might just be letting it go. Even pointed out the blood on the wand to me when she was done Met with the Dr. after who said it's possible that this is just very early and is sending me to check my levels of hcg and progesterone for tomorrow and friday. Didn't think ectopic, like I'm worried about, but I don't know girls. This red blood can't be good. I know I should be positive, but I kind of had a bad feeling about this from the beginning. Guess we'll know for sure by Friday.
SECOND UPDATE: Just got the results from my bloodwork this morning. HCG is at 170 and progesterone is 1.9. She said this is about 2-3 week numbers, but online it's showing more like 2 weeks. She also said the progesterone should really be 9 or above so mine is very low.
Bleeding more today and it's red. Not filling up a pad, but still would consider it a light period. No severe cramping though.
Friday's numbers should tell us more now, but honestly, I'm 4 weeks past ovulation, and with the bleeding and my progesterone being so low I'm thinking that this has a not so good ending.
THIRD UPDATE:
Doctor just called. HCG dropped from 170 on Wednesday to 127. So I'm miscarrying. She said the bleeding could get worse at this point and in a week I have to go back for more bloodwork and a sono a week after bleeding is over. Uhh, I'm so devastated. I prepared myself for this, but hearing it just made it really hit. Thanks for all of your support and prayers. I really appreciate it. Guess I'll be staying here with you girls longer.
