Thanks for the prayers everyone. I'm up early to go for my first round of blood work. I just want to know some answers already. Friday can't come fast enough. More red blood this morning. Can't be good

The hcG number is low and the progesterone is sooooo low that along with the bleeding it's more than likely not viable so they are probably just letting things run their course and see what happens. If they thought that things were going to progress they would give prog. supplements but as much as I hate to say it, it doesn't sound good to me. Unfortunately, I've been in that position three times this past year so I'm use to the protocol. I hope that she gets better news Friday but based on experience, I would say to prepare for bad news.

it does sound suspect of a chemical pregnancy. the progesterone is REALLY low. im still surprised they didnt give you anything just in case it is viable. i had 2 chemicals and my beta never went above 46. but if you are 100% sure of when you ovulated, and are 4 weeks past OVULATION (hence 6 weeks pregnant), your beta would be well over 1,000-10,000 in viable pregnancy. that also explains why nothing on sono - you would need beta to be over 1,000 to really see anything.
the second beta will def give you more of an idea of whats going on. good luck!!

Thank you so much everyone for your kind thoughts! I'm prepared for the bad news. This is beginning to look like a period to me. I'm now worried about my progesterone and hoping this is just my body's way of letting a pregnancy that wasn't viable go. I'm worried now that this may happen again. This is so upsetting.
