Nothing about heat stroke and dying but it says they can overheat and become dehydrated.

Absolutely! Heat stroke is over heating- it is defined by a core body temperature above 105 F and usually occurs along with dehydration.
Exactly but I am not sure what sunscreen has to do with it. Obviously you should not keep a baby in the hot sun, sunscreen or not.
