Spinoff to Easter presents....
I'm almost 29 and my mom still makes me a basket.   This is all her though! It makes her happy!
She is nuts!
We went to the outlets yesterday and while in Bath and Body works, she tells me to pick out some stuff that she can put in my basket. 
I said " Mom! Shhhh, don't say that in public!"
I love her! 
Anyone else over the age of 12 still get Easter Baskets

Yeah, this is what I am expecting as well. I don't have any children yet. But my brother has three kids and my moms still makes him and my SIL a small one.

My mom didn't make baskets as we got older, but what she did was sooo much fun. I can't wait to do this with my kids when they get older. She would fill like 100 plastic easter eggs in a big basket and me, my brother, and sister would take turns picking eggs. Some had pennies, some had "silver" coins, some had a dollar, some a few dollars, some $5 bills, and the BIG one a $10 bill. Some had candy. About half were jokes. Notes my mom wrote, funny pictures cut out of magazine, cigarette butt, rock, plastic fingernail, cotton ball, etc. Weird stuff. It was sooo much fun, best part now that I look back was the way my mom would laugh when we opened the joke ones. We did this up until 2007 when I was 26 years old.

I LOVE this! My parents hid the plastic eggs for us too but not like this! When my niece gets older, I'm going to tell my brother to do this!

Love this too! Up until I was 30 or so we had what we called the "high stakes eater egg hunt" there were plastic eggs...some with nothing, some with change, some with dollar bills, $5, $10 and a few with $20 and my mom would hide them all over our house and outside and my siblings and I would be tackling eachother to find the eggs so much fun!

If my mom was still around, I'd still be getting one!
She LOVED the holidays!
The BEST was our Egg Hunt! My parents would hide plastic eggs with change.
When they were all found, it was time for the "Big Egg"..LOL That 1 egg would have $5, $10, or even $20 in it!
Yep, sibling rivarly at its best (along with significant others) LOL! We FOUGHT for that egg!

My MIL still makes one. She says its for "us", but really I know its for DH. He is 35. It's just a bunny & jelly beans usually.
My mom stopped making me one in jr high, I think, but my boyfriend & roommate in college both got them (they had younger sibs) so my BF made me a tiny basket out of paper & shared the candy his mom gave him. It was really cute & funny!

Easter "nutty" Moms, who give baskets to their big "kids" are wayyyyy cool!!!!! Except, this year, their candy will be in an Easter gift bag!!!!

Yup 29 here..my mom still makes us baskets..well they are now Gift bags. She usually buys us a few summer clothes, candy, and scratch offs. She does this for me and my brother, our SO and her granchildren..It makes her happy to do it.
