Soy question
Hi girls, My work provides lunch and tofu is literally offered every day. I don't know how they prepare it, but it's delicious. Anyway, my director was concerned about eating too much b/c of the estrogen. So of course I was concerned about eating it when I get pregnant. Has anyone heard any recommendations about this? I was thinking as long as it's not every day I'd be okay. TIA

Re: Soy question
I have heard many things about soy products its like anything too much is bad. I wouldn't drink soy milk and have soy burgers and soy curd daily.

Re: Soy question
I've heard it's much worse for men than for women while TTC. I switched my DH from soy milk to rice milk when we started TTC because of what I've read.
You can ask your doctor, but I think anything in moderation is fine. I definitely eat and have eaten a ton of soy products while TTC and now while PG.
