question about fat and soy milk
my son is on soy milk, that has 3.5 grams of fat...reg milk has 8....should i be cincerned about this?? (never really thought about it till i read the 2% post)
He gets his soy milk 2x a day.

I always just made sure that I cooked Ava's food with olive oil or some other healthy fat. As long as you get it in somewhere else, it's fine.
