Deanna - if your LP is 14 days, then AF would come on the 15th day.
Cycles can't share days - KWIM?
So you'd have 14 DPO, then if you got AF the next day it would be CD 1 (which would have been 15 DPO). You only count the FULL days - not the one that would be shared with AF).
Also, have you spoken to your doctor about how long you should be trying again before getting some testing done?
ok i get the LP now.. lol i am not with it today
and no i never even have mentioned it to the doctor.. the last time i saw him was for a consult .. (remember i switched?) so i guess it was assumed that i would get pregnant right away again.. so that topic never even came up.. you think i should call ? now im scared that there is something wrong

Maybe it's time to start temping? This way - you can see an established pattern if there is a problem? time is dropped to 6 months.
For my two cents - you had a m/c...that to me falls into the 'problem' category. Maybe wait the one more month so that it's 6 and then see the doc...(not with a phone call, but an appointment).
First
I have to totally agree with what Jess is saying. I would def give your doctor a call for a follow-up. You'll be entering your 6th cycle now, right? That's long enough...my bff got pg her 1st month of trying, had an 11th wk m/c & then waited until 6 months afterwards to call her doc. It turned out that her body had entered into a non-ovulatory state (similar to PCOS) and she needed meds to help. She conceived her DD the 1st month that she was being treated for it...so it is entirely possible that something that's fairly easy to correct might be the problem, but you'll never know until you call your doc. If this isn't it, I say "go for it."
On another note, I also agree with Jess about temping...remember how easy she made it sound? Maybe it's time to give that a try too.
Feel better
ETA: I also agree with the OPs - you know how I feel about the $ tree tests Go get your hands on a FRER this weekend if you can!

Honestly, I don't think anything is wrong.
I would recommend temping though, like Jess said.
I think it would be great to try it for a month or two!

thanks Melis,
yea i can totally see your point too.. the only reason why i would think nothing is wrong is because i had everything checked... but maybe something happened afterwards,, who knows!!
but i think i will call the doctor after the 6 month mark.. i guess it cant hurt right! i just feel like i need answers now.. i now it hasnt been forever, but just because it took the 1st time last time.. and now its not even close.

Re: so upset, i dont understand
Like maybeamommy, I am sure that there's nothing wrong either I lived at doctor's offices for so many years that I'm just a firm believer in seeing a doc to check things out when you're nervous or unsure about something...you've got nothing to lose but a copayment or two
If you can hold out for a month or so, though, I think it would be a great idea if you temped first and then brought your charts with you...I bet your doc would appreciate the info

Hang in there Deanna! I know it is hard but like others have said and you know it is not over until AF shows up!
I would agree with Jess and Maybeamommy and try temping. We gave you the crash course in temping the other night so give it a shot and see what happens.
Hang in there!

Re: so upset, i dont understand

well it looks like i am out this month i am on the verge of tears because i completely give up.. i dont know what else to do..
i felt so many symptoms this month and i am not one who analyzes them or anything... cause my last pregnancy i didnt have any..
-i had cramps more than a week before AF is due... and its more lower, like in the pelvic area... almost like O pain..very weird. - i have lower back pain like crazy - i woke up really nausea yesterday - i had lots of creamy/lotiony CM - REALLY hungry like when i was pregnant before... never normally like this.
so all these symptoms are here now.. and i tested this morning and obviously BFN with a dollar tree test... i am on 13DPO... AF is due tomorrow..
This is exactly where I am at this month. In addition to all of these signs I have been EXHAUSTED and also had some other outside "signs"that I thought might "mean something."
I can't give any other advice than has already been given. Like I said in my post earlier today, We will be moving onto our 4th cycle after AF is done and I really don't know how everyone does this. There are no words for the admiration I have for all of the strength, faith and encouragement the ladies on this board have and offer.

Re: so upset, i dont understand
I'm sorry. I know how frustrated you must be. I had a similar situation where it took me no time to conceive, but then I miscarried & had to wait several months to finally conceive again. It's really rough. I have faith that it WILL happen for you.
ETA: I just thought about this & I hope you don't mind my crashing. I just wanted to offer some support

I'm so sorry you are feeling upset. You must feel so frustrated. I agree with the ladies above that suggested temping. Having temped for 6 months now, I feel like I know my body so well. Maybe temping will make you feel like you have a little more control over the situation. I'm sure everything will be fine, but I'm for you.

I would never test until after AF was due or wait for AF to show up. It only adds more stress! I am still praying you get your BFP this month. You are not out yet!

Has your DH had an SA? If I were you that would be my next step - in fact, it is our next step.
last month my LP was 14.. so yea i figured thats what it was...
but i doubt there would be anythign wrong with DH SA... we got pregnant the 1st try .. so i wouldnt think its that.
I also got pregnant first try - but we figure we could've been just really lucky. And sperm counts/motility/morphology can change over time. An SA is the least invasive of all infertility testing - really easy for him to do and it rules out male factor entirely in one go. Worth doing, IMO.
