So upset!

maybeamommy Blessed beyond belief Member since 10/07 17048 total posts Name:	So upset! I just found out that my job has changed our healthcare coverage and as of January 1, 2009 we will no longer have any infertility treatment coverage! I am so upset We are JUST getting started with the RE (on Thursday) and were thrilled to be covered for 6 IUIs and any IF-related medications (Clomid, Injectibles, etc.) and now that will all be gone! I'm not even sure if we will still be covered for the RE. PLEASE pray that we will be pregnant before this change in benefits!

Hopefully, if you tell the Dr your situation with the insurance, maybe they can move things along ? or perhaps bill you quicker for things that might not happen until after Jan ?

I think it's disgusting that this coverage is being taken away from you and your company. It just doesn't seem fair I don't really know how IF treatments work, but hopefully if the doctor knows about your insurance dilemma he/she will try to speed things along so that you can fit things in before the new coverage goes into effect. for your BFP soon!
