sleep regression around 6 months old
did anyone else go through this? is it typical?
I am loosing my mind. what happened to my great 12 hours a night sleeper

YESSS
right around that time i was going through it with both my boys.
luckily they have grown out of it magically. and now they go to bed really well every night..

going through this now a bit. i think its her teeth though. i hear there is a growth spurt at this age too. 
naps are short and going to bed has been awful.

Between 4-6 months, sleep patterns mature and your DC is now going through the same sleep cycle as you. (about 45 min per cycle) which is why naps might be shorter and nightsleep may be interrupted. They'll learn to self soothe and fall back asleep. It takes a little time...

Oh it's terrible...I am going through it right now. DD is almost 6 months and she just doesn't STTN anymore...I don't know if she is teething or what but she just cries for me to pick her up. It's frustrating!
