Sleep regression at 6.5 months

HELLLP ME!!

Sophia was STTN at 10 weeks, for at least 8 hours a night. However, the past 2-3 weeks have been horrible.

Last night, for example: she fell asleep on our way home (hour ride) at about 8pm. Got her changed and into bed without her waking but by 1130 she was up screaming. Gave her a little milk because that's all that calms her. She was out but up again at 330. This time she was pooped so I changed her, gave her some milk and layed her back down. Cat woke her Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon So I tried to calm her and give her more milk but she refused. THere was nothing I could do so I just let her CIO Chat Icon I was so exhausted that I just laid her down and went back to bed. She finally fell asleep about 10 mins later. Then she woke again at 530 Chat Icon At that point I just stayed up with her, rocked her and fed her, because DH was leaving for work and taking her to daycare at 615.

WHAT'S THE DEAL? She's been waking every 2-3 hours like this for weeks! I get so frustrated in the middle of the night. I dont think she's really hungry so what do I do? Should I let her CIO?

val, do you think all the change (moving, packing, driving from CT to the BX and BX to CT) has anything to do with it?

Maybe her schedule is just totally thrown off and she needs to get used to her new surroundings/schedule?
