Similac Advance vs Similac Early Shield
Is the Early Shield replacing the Advance or is it two different formulas?

It's 2 different formulas. You may want to compare before you switch (if you are thinking of doing so) - some babies who started off on Advance have some issues when switched to Early Shield. There was a post on here about that a few days (maybe a week) ago.

THey are different and I don't know if you would run into any problems if you switch. We use the Early Shield. Any reason you ask? I know BRU had run out recently of the Early Shield and only had Advance, but no, one is not replacing the other.
