Anyone have problems w/ Similac Advance w/Iron
Tori seems like a real fusspot lately. Poor thing has been so gassy and has actually been power puking too. I'm thinking it's the formula. Just wondering if anyone else had problems with it?? Already on the Dr. Browns bottles so we know those are ok. I'm thinking of trying Isomil Soy....

I use it too.. the dr said it wa svery normal for her to be gassy.. i called yesterday because I was a bit worried.. she occasionally spits up, yesterday she threw up but otherwise not sure..

Every baby reacts differently to all of the different formulas. You have to figure out which formula works best for your baby.
We changed our formula because our daughter was having troubles going to the bathroom and she seemed to be very uncomfortable. We switched to Enfamil Gentleease becuase it has partially digested milk protiens but is still milk-based .... I look at it as a step before soy formula.
I also know a lot of people who switched to the soy and find it much better.
It basically depends on your baby and your doctor should be able to help you find a formula that will work with your baby if you are having problems with the one she is on now.

Alison had the same problem. i switched to ismol and she couldn't poop. then the dr switched me to enfamil gentlease and it's working great.

I did... with Alex... We switched to Enfamil.. and that worked for awhile.. Good luck!

My 7 week old was on that first when she came home from the hospital and it gave her the runs really bad so the changed her to enfamil prosobee but wic wouldnt cover so they put her on Isomil soy based and she had projectile vomiting with that one, so my doctor change her again to Similac lactose free and she was doing ok but now she has been puking of chunks of it so I dont know if it agrees with her or not its really fustrating

OMG this topic is way old my DD isn't on formula anymore! Anyways to answer my own question I switched her to Good Start and she was fine
