Keep the water and pray for no poopChat Icon

Ditto and so far my prayers have been answered. I also tell him as I carry him to the tub, "remember, no pooping or peeing on Mommy."

Nope. I guess I'm disgusting, but I let him finish his bath. He does this all the time. It's too much trouble to dump everything and start over while he is wet and naked. I clean everything well afterwards.

I agree though, he has never pooped in the tub but if he did, he would come out.

DD pees frequently as soon as it is bath time. I take her out, clean the tub and refill it before putting her back in it.

B - i know that is probably gross, but I am exhausted by the time he takes a bath and i can't imagine doing it over again - also there is so much water in the tub i figure a little pee won't kill him!

uh I didn't say it was serious I said ew..

She normally pee's when you take the diaper off on the counter all over my husband so he has to go wash and change.. and then we wash her..

so for MY opinion I say CLEAN the tub and toys out and start over

I always emptied & rinsed it, filled it up again.

To counter it, try putting her feet in while she still has her diaper on. When she's done peeing, then give her a bath.

Re: Settle a dispute: Bathing and Peeing

I hate bath time enough to let her bathe in a little pee. Whatever. She's still living. My great grandmother washed her face in first morning urine all her life and had skin like baby till the day she diedChat Icon

I empty and clean it quick. My cousin doesn't since "pee is sterile"

I do not clean it out at that moment for the same reason
