Poop and EBF babies...
I am at a loss! DD is almost 6 months and is EBF. I'm lucky if she poops out of her diaper once a day....her poops are so watery its out of control. I am currently finishing size 3 cruisers...i also have BJ's brand and huggies....nothing can contain her poop.
Is this normal? I thought it was but now i'm not so sure. How do I know if DD has milk allergies? Should she be wearing bigger diapers? At her 5 month appointment she was almost 19 lbs.
I feel like all i do is clean her clothes and whatever she sits on....I can
t even remember a day in which her clothes remained clean all day long!
Help!

DS is EBF also and his poop is extremely watery. He's pooped out of his diaper about 5-6 times in 2.5 months. We use Pampers Swaddlers. He leaked out of the Huggies a lot, I found.

dan its normal talia's didnt get better till she started food and formula..
btw if you look back (i dont know how) but i remember posting the same thing it was the worst!!!

Before DS had any solids, his poop was very watery. When he would blow out of diapers I would always go up a size and that would usually solve the problem. I would size up and see if it helps.

If she is pooping out the back go up a size. Both girls did this - some times worse than others - but usually (NOT always) going to the next size would do the trick.

DS is 15 lbs and poops out of his size 3 diapers. We are always sizing up! After this box, we are getting size 4. He isn't BF anymore, but still poops 2-3 times a day always a little watery, but Ped said that's good due to the probiotic we have him on (BioGaia). It's helped his gas tremendously!

Totally normal. DS is an EBF baby & it's rare I pick him up at daycare with the same clothes I dropped him off in.
It gets better once they start solids.

pampers swaddler/cruisers were the only ones that worked for us! there were still some blowouts but not as much!
