PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE
i had a meeting at work today and afterwards my boss came to speak with me. i was in the room by myself and my boss was saying what a great job a did and then kissed me on the lips. i was shocked beyond belief and didn't know what to say. he basically just said, "see ya later" and walked out. i confided in 2 friends at work and they said i should go to the big bosses. the incident was captured on camera so i do have proof in case it is needed.
not sure what do because if i tell, then he will be fired on the spot. the man is absolutely insane and i know he is going to be fired in a couple of months. i am sure in his psycho mind it was a friendly kiss but i am so uncomfortable and feel so violated.

That is WRONG and totally inappropriate. I absolutely think you need to tell someone, you should go to HR or a boss or someone above you that you trust - that is plain wrong.

thing is a work at a small place and i know that lawsuits are always something that they do worry about. i am nervous that if i do tell that they might think that i plan to file a sexual harrassment lawsuit and fire me as well. beleive me they pretty much do what they want. i don't want to worry about losing my job knowing that he will be fired soon.

If they fire you for filing a sexual harrasement suit (that is on video) you can sue them too. That is illegal!!!
I would def. report it. I know it's easy for all of us to say but he is your boss and should NOT be allowed to get away with that.

im so sorry that happened. how awkward!
is there a big age difference between you?
are you in a corporate office with a hr department?
document it. write it down, speak to hr person or a woman/or even man boss you can condfide in. they will tell you what to do.

i had a similar situation happen where a partner of our firm after a long lunch tried to get me to go home with him and kiss him and kept grabbing my leg on the car ride..it was horrible...after the car ride ended i ran out of that car so fast....
i am in a small private firm. i went home and cried my eyes out.then the next mornnig he grabbed me to apologize and i freaked on him - called him an azzhole right to his face
then i told my immediate boss and then they gave me a raise and told me to stay away from him and dont go in any situations where i am alone with him.
FYI i told the office manager, who is more this guys age, and she didnt seem to care or give a crapp about it...she didnt think it was a big deal
anyway, hes kept his distance...but he still grosses me out.
that happened 3 years ago and i still never forget.

Definately report him. If they consider you a valuable employee than I would think you have nothing to worry about where your job is concerned. The other ladies have given great advise.
