I know this is not PC, but I honestly don't know if I would report it. I don't think it is so cut and dry.

If this is something that will happen more than once or he was hitting on you deliberately, I probably would.... but I might just let it go if I thought he was socially awkward and was doing it as a friend. I would not want to ruin his life, professionally or otherwise.

My personality is not one for making waves and I hate being the whistle blower. But, you need to decide what his intentions were...

Can say something to him....Bring it up to him.

these were my thoughts as well.

yes, he does know that i am married and he is married as well. not sure his exact age, would say late 40's early 50's.

the frames were saved in case they need to be viewed. upon viweing them yesterday i felt sick to my stomach and disgusted. forgot to mention that he also put his arm around me before he kissed me. didn't remember that right after the fact.

if he would have said, "oh my god, i am so sorry, i don't know what i was thinking" it would have been 1 thing. after he kissed me though he was so nochalent as if it were common practice and not a big deal.

i have decided to tell the "big bosses". i will approach it in such a way to indicate that i feel violated and offended and want to forget about the incident but will no longer have contact with as long as he still works there.

spoke with another friend and he said that the big boss will most likely ask me how to proceed.
