Ovulation Tracking
Hi All,
Please recommend your Ovulation Tracking Method - so far DH have just been winging it with just the calendar predictor (got preggo twice with 2 losses) but I want to do something a little more solid so that when I see the doc again I can say this is how we've been tracking and trying.

Wondfos from amazon. Inexpensive so you can test twice a day; then confirm with the expensive ones. I used them the first year we ttc. You can also get the package with 50 opks and 50 hpts for like $30

With the wondfo opks do you have to hold it in for like 4 hours? because that is impossible for me! (I pee every hour at least, lol).

I think it's 2-4 hrs, just don't drink a ton of fluids right before you test.

I would suggest temping. It is the only real way (outside blood work) to confirm O. The tests jsut track surge and you can surge without Oing.
My Dr had me temp for a few months before we did anything further. It got me to really know my cycle....to the point I could tel the day I would get a smiley if I used the OPK sticks.

That's what I was thinking, but I know I O (since I've gotten preggo x2) I was just thinking of adding something simple and not so stressful (hopefully) as the temping. I just know I'm going to forget to take my temp in the AM and then get all screwed up. I figured the OPK/CBEFM would be less stressful.

Ovulation Tracking
I like the CBE Digital OPKs. They're meant to be used first thing in the morning so no holding and no squinting over lines. I like the regular digital after reading some reviews and info on the newer advanced ones.
