Tracking Ovulation
Hey ladies -
Hope everyone is doing well! I wanted to see what tools/apps/etc., people are using to track ovulation. I'm having issues w/ menstrual cycle (I have PCOS), and my doctor wants me to keep track of any symptoms and also if/when I'm ovulating.
What's the best way you'd recommend for me to do this?

I was using fertility friend until this month. We have been actively trying and it turned out that I'm an early O'er. I used the Clear blue Ovulation kit, and it told me when I was ovulating. We'll see...

if you have PCOS it is very important that you temp to see if/when you ovulate. OPKs don't always work for PCOS, they can give false positives or all negatives based on your specific PCOS symptoms. good luck!

ita i wasted so much money on opk's and never got a positive and if i did it was false
