So I just got back from my 1st meeting. Doing ww on my own after the birth of baby#3 just wasn't cutting it for me. I NEED to be held accountable each week. Lets hope this will do the trick.
You are all doing so well and are such an inspiration, keep it up!

Last week I gained 1 lb., but it was that TOM.
This week I am down 2.4 for a total of 8.4. My mini goal is to hit 10lbs.

Today was my weight check, down 1.9lbs this past week, but I ate like a HORSE the past 3 days, so I do not think this week will be so good. Oh well, Ill starting watching points again tomorrow.
I am down 15.7 lbs since April 6

My first weigh-in was Sunday. I lost 3.6 pounds!!! I didnt do much cardio so this week I plan on stepping it up.....I'd love to see down 5 next week!!!

I lost 4.8 this week. I really wanted a 5 lb loss but I know this week I can definitely acheive it. It was a hard weekend but i really tired to keep OP.

All the time. My journey has not been a very smooth one - I've been doing a lot of waffling lately and that has contributed to me not really staying on points and getting discouraged.
And that into the fact that I haven't been able to exercise because of work and my back bothering me, and it's like a perfect excuse.
I wanted to be at goal by now, and I still have 10 pounds to go. I'm giving myself until the end of the summer.

So this is my second week back (i skipped last week). Considering Memorial Day Weekedn was a food fest, and I didn't run all weekend, I'm pretty pleased I lost .8 lbs.
