I love to nap on the weekends!! However, I must nap on the couch - I can't nap upstairs in bed.

I usually wake up queasy and lightheaded; extremely out of sorts. Don't know if anyone else experiences this. This is why I try my best to avoid them and go to bed early if anything.

I can't nap in bed either, we have a bed in our guest BR that I use. And I only nap on the weekends- during the week it makes more sense to get all my stuff done so I can turn in on time (by 9 pm)

ugh me too. its the worst so i try to never nap.
Same here. The rare times it has happened, I woke up with a MEGA headache.

Yes, if I can I do! Usually now when my son naps in the afternoon, I'll doze off. But its a catch 22 because I don't sleep at night, I have pregnancy insomnia!

I love power naps! I wish I could take one at work during my lunch hour, I bet I would get more work done.
My DH doesn't like nap and always makes me feel guilty when I do, but I don't care I nap anyway!

Im a sleeper..ever since I was a kid, I needed a nap...and Im sooo scared what will happen when I have kids who will bite into my sleeping time

I love me a good nap, but I have to be careful
If it's on a day where I don't have to work the next day, then I'm OK because I can stay up until whenever I am tired that night.
If I have to work the next day, I try not to nap because then I have trouble falling asleep when I am supposed to.

I can get up at 6am on a Saturday and start my day, knowing at 3pm and I will take my nap. DH knows that when he leaves to play soccer on Sundays I am already getting read for the nap!!! Yesterdays nap was for 4 hours!

I don't normally nap (anymore), just too busy on the weekends. But I did nap for about 3 hours on Saturday!! DH had to ask if I was alright because I don't normally sleep the day away.
