I stink at napping -- I end up going back to sleep for hours on end and that just messes up that night's sleep. I do enjoy going back to bed in the morning when I wake up especially early though.

I used to nap on Saturdays...but this was prior to having James....now I need to utalize what ever down time I have to get other cleaning/projects done.

on the weekends, yes, I nap. My mom still naps too and so does my sister and my two brothers. I guess it just stuck with us from when we were children.
