do you nap during the day?
i tried to take a nap today after doing some yardwork, but couldn't.

I only nap if I'm sick; on the rare occassion that I take a nap when I'm not ill, it's because I woke up extremely early that morning.

There are times during the weekend when I am really wiped out and take a nap. The thing is, I wake up feeling worse than I did before!!!! I usually wake up queasy and lightheaded; extremely out of sorts. Don't know if anyone else experiences this. This is why I try my best to avoid them and go to bed early if anything.

ugh me too. its the worst so i try to never nap.
