Jin probably stayed on the island and they are just covering for him because everyone else that stayed on the island were presumed to be dead.
So the Oceanic six are probably:
Kate
Jack
Aaron
Sayid
Hurley
Sun
Hmm but why would Jin stay on the island if Sun leaves?

ok ... about Michael..
think about it.. he is a janitor.. now janitors can be everywhere cleaning.. now if he was to be a cook, or some kind of operational guy on the ship he wouldnt be able to "spy" now that he has this janitorial job he can be anywhere and nobody would question him if he was in a certain room.

I took it as the story with Jin is in the past, the Sun story is in the future.

yes.. Aaron HAS to be one of the 6.. i remember when they do a preview of the next episode one week it says that the final member of oceanic six will be given.. and that was Sun .
i dont think they are going by the manifest.

I think the tombstone is from when everyone thought the plane crashed and there were no survivors. I think Jin is still alive and on the island.
I knew it was going to be Michael a long time ago (he's been in the credits the whole season)
now who to trust- Ben or the Captain????
so are we done with the oceanic 6- Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun and Aaron? how does Hurley get rescued and Claire and Jin stay? can't wait to find out!

yes.. definetly.. and if you saw the preview for next week Michael is talking to Ben.. so def a connection there.. he IS the mole

Do you think Michael has been brainwashed? He doesn't appear to recognize Sayid....
Another question...now that we know who the Oceanic 6 are....who do you believe is in the coffin from Jack's flashforward at the beginning of the season? Is is one of the Oceanic 6 or is it Ben? It's not Locke, like i previously wondered about, because he wasn't an Oceanic 6....

I'm not counting Aaron as one of the six I'm still hoping its Sawyer.
I was crying when I realized Jin is dead! But someone raised a good point how could Jin have died on the plane when Sun got pregnant on the island and does this mean that Sun gets off the island in 3 weeks time? There is a big time warp here.
If Michael is on the ship does that mean when Locke saw Walt on the island that it wasn't a vision, Walt is actually on the island? Also is Penny's dad in on this whole thing? Ughh this show never gives me any closure LOL.

Michael's not brainwashed - he's being blackmailed by Ben. In the preview for next week - Ben says something like, don't you know a father will do anything for his son? So basically I think Ben has Walt and is making Michael be a spy so that nothing happens to Walt or for him to get him back.
Also, Michael is faking that he doesn't recognize Sayid. In the preview for next week, Sayid slams Michael and asks him to tell him what he's doing on the ship or something like that.
And the scene with Sun giving birth and afterwards at the grave had me  - so sad! I hope Jin is still alive on the island!!!!

I'm surprised no one questioned what the captain had to say about the staged 815 wreckage. I could have sworn that he alluded to Ben being the one to find over 200 dead bodies to stage for the original passengers. Thoughts?

This isn't too new though, Naomi said this when she first landed on the island last season.

(1) why would they go this grave to introduce his daughter to him? Why introduce her then at all?
(2) why would Sun be so sad? I think she would say something hopeful like, we'll be together soon. Or I know you are looking under the same sky.
And I definitely think that Michael is Ben's mole. I also think that he is the body in coffin from last season's finale with Jack.

I think he died trying to escape the island, and it was easier just to say he died on the plane. I don't know. Its a good question.
I hope you are right. I was just so sad when they went to his grave.
