Ok, the scientist in the video mentioned 540 days... if you divide that by 108, it equals 5... isn't 5 a tat on Jack? Also, 540 days is 18 months.
ALSO, imagine if that scientist was Jing's father?
Ok, so the statement I was referring to earlier is that the scientist starts with "and do attempt to use the computer for..", and then it skips. hmmmmmmmmm?
Ok, i'm probably just going nuts, but still! Lost got ME lost! lol

I think Desmond was there for 3 years ..
OR then again, Desmond I believe said that Kelvin (the other guy who found Desmond and took him to the hatch, i.e., the original person involved in the Swan/Dharma Initiative) died 3 years ago... ??
So maybe Desmond was there longer?
I need to watch the entire epi again!! Too many question marks!
AND we dont really know what happended to Kelvin's ORIGINAL partner... it was a 2 man operation, Kelvin was part of the origianal hatch.. but Desmond wasn't.. wonder what happend to him??

Yea, they probably forgot about him... remember when Locke went down to the hatch (at 1st), he was asking him if he was the replacement?

Yes we definitely did see Sun's father, though I wil fully admit I cannot recall what he looks like..
Hmm... Jin is going to play into next week's episode in a BIG way I think  How many days until Wednesday?? 
Though I have read on the LOST boards (yes I am hooked on lurking/reading those boards) that next week is actually going to be about Hurley... next week's episode is titled "Everyone Hates Hugo"

One more point... I think each point of the Dharma Initiative (meteoroly, psychology, zoology, electromagnetism) has to mean something on the island... maybe specific traits of each character?

Come to think of it.. we saw Jin's father too!
Jin goes back to see his father in a flashback, he is a fisherman (or something similar) and it seems that Jin turned his back on him, as if he was ashamed of his working class past, sicne he was now working for Sun's father. He talks to his father about how much he loves Sun and that everything he is doing is for her, but that he's had to compromise himself in the process (working for Sun's Dad) His father urges him to work through their problems and save the marriage
So now I dont' think the man in the tape was either of their father's then

the "OTHERS" take captives!

I don't think that they're the same group of people. I think the ones that took Walt are the "others", and the ones that have Sawyer & group captive are survivors that think THEY're the others.

this isn't PLURAL? it is a sungular statement! Meaning Ana is the only one that is a survivor of the plane crash.
