OH HELLS no!! That wouldnt fly around here. I was on bed rest for 10 weeks and DH cooked, cleaned, did laundry and everything. He had no choice. He would do it often before too. He still does. I do the babies laundry though because I'm afraid he will mess it up with the bib velcro and stain spray.

We both do it in our house...we divided up the household chores, but it's probably the only thing that isn't classified as either mine or his to do.

I prefer to do all the laundry all by myself. DH will do his own but refuses to do mine, he calls me the laundry Nazi!! Haha! I don't trust him anyway, he just throws everything in together. I like to separate by color....

I mostly do the laundry. Sometimes on a very rare occasion DH will do it, but leaves it in the dryer for a day or so, because he forgets that he did it.

Both of us. I do most of it since I am a SAHM and like to stay on top of it.
When I was PG and on bed rest he had no choice but to learn
If he is downstairs and sees the wash needs to be done or thrown in the dryer he will do it without asking.
If I am folding while he is home he helps.
Considering his mom raised him to never cook/clean/do laundry I made out pretty well.

Dh and I have been living together for 4 years and he did the laundry until about 6 months ago. Once I became a SAHM, I took it over. But when we were both working, chores were split, and laundry was his.

Let's talk laundry...
We both do laundry, but I prefer if I just did it! One of my pet peeves is once it is washed it must go right in the dryer and as soon as the dryer stops the clothes must get folded. DH will leave the clothes is the dryer for days and that drives me crazy.

My husband "does" the laundry, in the sense that he puts it through the washer and dryer, brings it upstairs, and plops about 5 loads of unfolded laundry on our bed so when I come home there is a mountain of clothes to fold. I dont know if it classifies as "help"

i do the laundry but thats my responsiblity of the house along with cooking. He does dishes and clean.
with that said if i ask him to throw a load in for me he will do it without a problem (of course thats if he doesnt forget )
i have threaten a few times to not do his laundry or put it away (and i have followed thru) when he messes the clothes i fold and put away in his drawer or if he continues to not empty his pockets

I do all laundry. However, DH will put it away for me. I don't trust him to do the laundry, though he has offered when I've been sick or just tired.
