I started charting at the beginning of this cycle but then I went on vacation for 8 days right in the middle - I didn't temp during the vacation (it was a 6 hour time difference and I figured it would be all screwed up) and haven't gotten back to it since I've been back. So I'm not for this cycle but I think I will start again next cycle.

My Monthly Cycles .com. I have been on point with them since I stopped my BCP. They are very user friendly.

I don't! When I spoke to my Dr, she said it was not necessary. DH & I are taking the "when it happens" approach. Of course, that will not stop us from bding from day 12 in my cycle until day 20 or so!!!

We just started TTC this month.
I have to ask you a question, (and I hope you don't mind) but, how did figure out from day 12 in my cycle until day 20 or so
that time frame.
How can I figure it out for me?

"most" people ovulate on Day 14 of their cycle (is true for me). Both my SIL (have had 2 pregnancies) said they bd'ed for 11 days...So we are starting 2 days before O & then continuing on til day 20 (stopping a couple days short)

I don't chart...I have hypothyroidism, and it means that my temps are usually about a degree lower than normal. Kinda throws things off

Yes, we BD on 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 26, 27. DH is loving this part.

I chart CM, AF, and estimated O based on EWCM using the software program that comes with TCOYF. I do not chart temps but I will use OPK's this month and chart results of those to be sure that O is actually happening when I think it is. July is my third month TTC and each month that passes I add something new to my list of things to do. I guess it's how I feel like I am doing the most I can to get my BFP.

Im not charting because I want to, I am charting because I am under the care of an RE who asked me to. It has helped. He was pleased with what he saw.

Sorry I just saw this. If your last AF was 6/6, you would cound 14 days forward (not backwards) & that would be 6/20. That would be the day you "should" ovulate. So I would have been BD'ng from 6/18-7/1....
Does that make sense???

I was for a few months and this month I didn't. I didn't want to chart b/c I wanted to first try without pressure knowing, but did for a nturitionist I was seeing to help with PMS. Now this month when i didn't chart, I kinda missed being more conscious of my cycle.
