Christina...is it covered under insurance? How many times are you supposed to go? Is there a specific point in your cycle that you are supposed to go?

Some insurances cover it. Mine only covers it for nausea when pregnant. There is no certain time during your cycle you need to go. The schedule she gave me is 2x week for the first month and then 1x week thereafter. Once I'm pregnant it's only 1x month.

I see her too and she's amazing! My mom goes, I go, one of my employees goes! We all love her and she's helped us all so much!

I have been going for a month at LI Holistic but Im not sure if for me its doing anything. I do feel relaxed when I am done but I wasnt given a plan like you were. I go once a week for about 40 min a session.
How long are your sessions? Do you feel its helping?

My sessions are about 30min. I really can't say if it's working as I've only had one appointment but I def. felt relaxed while I was there and afterwards and right now with all the stressing I've been doing that alone is worth it!
