If your DC takes only 1 nap per day around 12ish
do you feed them lunch 1st? Or a snack?
DS is 17 months and takes a nap about 4.5 hrs after waking up. He usually has milk 1st thing then breakfast about 9:30-10AM so I feel like 11:45-12 noon is too early to feed him lunch. I don't want him to be hungry though since he naps for about 2-2.5 hrs so I give him about 6 oz of milk right before his nap. Then lunch is about 2:30-3 PM which is so late then dinner 6ish.
What do you do if your DC"s nap is in the very early afternoon?
ETA: Since DST, his wake up time is 7:30-8. He drinks 8 oz of milk right away and then oatmeal at 9:30ish. Would you decrease his milk to get him to eat breakfast earlier?

DS gets lunch at 11:00 nap at 12:00 then milk and snack when he wakes around 2:00.
He wakes at 6:30 breakfast is at 8:00 (get milk before breakfast)

We would always do lunch before nap, but she was always up around 7/7:30ish and was eating breakfast at 8am.
ETA: So he's waking aroung 7:30/8, then I would give him breakfast by 8:30am so he'll prob be hungry for lunch around 11:45 and just give a snack when he wakes up to tide him over until dinner.

My DD naps around lunch. She grazes before her nap and after. Before she goes down for a nap, she will eat some fruit or a cereal bar. When she wakes up she has milk & a yogurt or some cheese & crackers. She is a small eater to begin with so we let her have small, healthy snacks as her meal replacement for lunch.

DD gets up around 6am and eats breakfast at 7am.
She gets lunch between 11-11:30 and goes down at 12.
She gets a snack or two when she wakes up at 2ish.

Lunch b4 nap around 11:30AM
naps around 12:15PM
when he gets up it's usually a snack and milk... after his moodiness fades 
Dinner around 5:15PM then he goes to sleep at 7PM

This is normally DD's schedule too...once in awhile she'll get her nap first and lunch after if she seems kinda tired. She gets up at 7:30/8:30

DS is basically on the same nap schedule. It depends on what he eats for breakfast. If he has a light breakfast then I will try to get some lunch into him. But for the most part, he just gets a snack and then a 6 oz sippy of milk.. I give him lunch after he wakes up...

Your schedule is my schedule almost exactly. My kids sleep later than a lot I hear of on here..
Wake between 8:30-9:30
Breakfast usually between 9:30 and 10-with milk
snack around 11-11:30
nap 12:30
Lunch 2:30-3
Dinner-6
Bed 7:15-7:45 depending on whats going on

This is us too except that our wake-up time is a bit earlier. I feel so torn about giving him a snack vs lunch before his nap, he must be starving by 3 (he's still napping now) and then dinner comes soon after. I guess either way works though. I'm hoping he moves nap time maybe 30 minutes later in the near future so i can be past the snack vs lunch dilemma

DD wakes at 7am
sippy of milk when she wakes
breakfast around 9am
brunch at 1130ish right before nap
sleeps from about 1130 to 130-2pm
milk when she wakes from nap
snack around 3pm
milk at 430pm
dinner at 7pm
bath/bed at 830
