if your DC takes one nap a day...
what does your schedule look like?
When do they eat lunch? Especially if they nap between 12 and 2

Aj eats lunch before his nap... 12pm - 1pm depending on how late he woke up. Then i put him down like 15 minutes after.

She usually naps from 11-12, then eats between 12 & 12:30.

DS naps around 12:30, I usually start his lunch at 11:15ish....he's a grazer so lunch takes a while.
