I get them about everyday when I have my period or I have sinus issues or my neck is out of line. I get them alot too, but I know they come from those three things.

I have a sinus headache almost everyday....it's so frustrating. I'm going to the doctor next week for it....so it could be that.

flourescent lights can give me headaches, as well as stuffy rooms, sun glare, perfume...
I get a lot of migraines
