Do you still follow the 3 day rule with baby food?
When he first started eating food the ped said give each new thing 3 days before you introduce anything else new to make sure he doesn't have a reaction.
He's been on solids for almost 2.5 months now - should I still be following that?

yes. I always do now and I did with my first son with all baby food.
I kind of threw it out the window once he started eating table food and lots of different things so about 12/13mos (but even then I tried for a very long time to only give him one new food a day).

nope not really. I used to in the beginning but DS hasnt had any reactions to anything i Have given him.

i do, just b/c DS had a slight reaction to sweet potatoes so i want to make sure their is nothing else hes allergic to

Honestly, no. I only followed that rule the first month he was on solids.

I followed it up until he had about 5 fruits and 5 veggies with no reaction....now I am trying all different things regardless of days in between

I still do for Andy, but he has a food allergy so I have to make sure he doesn't react to anything.
