Thank you, Cailen, for giving me a day and a half off from work...
So, after being fine all weekend, he puked again at daycare today. 
The kid is otherwise fine - happy, energetic, but because of the stomach virus that has gone around, daycare is like, "Get your diseased child out of here."
And, because of the 24 hr rule, he and I need to stay home tomorrow. I'm ok with it, sort of, because hey - its a day off, but the school I was supposed to go to is going to be P*I*S*S*E*D because with my schedule, I haven't been able to get over there since before the break.

When you posted about the PNP this AM I was going to ask if he had the stomach virus, but, you didn't mention throwing up, so, I figured "he's probably ok".
I know what you mean about daycare.
I used to have to send kids home all the time. It's definitley to take precautions on the other kids.
I hope he feels better real soon.

Yeah, i totally understan them sending them home - if it were someone else, I would want them home too - its just one of those days I can't miss, and of course, wouldn't you know it...
He was sick on Friday, and was great all weekend - I was like, phew - thank god... at least I did make it to a very important meeting this morning before they called!!!
He's napping now, so I'm able to write some reports from home...
ETA - he gets poop like that even when he's not sick though. I am really squeamishly bad about poop, and this is one of God's practical jokes he is playing on me.... giving me a poop all over the place type of child...

Daniel has it too. It hit Saturday night. He's home with DH today, and he'll be home tomorrow also. I really really hope that I don't get it.
