Headaches every day...help
I get a headache every single day. I can't take it anymore. What can I do? I hate taking Tylenol but I end up having to take it a lot.

Get Dh to learn about reflexology. He could relieve your headache by using a few pressure points...especially those on the bottom of your feet. Plus, you get a foot massage.

Be aware that some pressure points are NOT for pregnant women.
I had headaches a lot while I was pregnant. I finally figured out what it was from - I needed more sleep. During the weekends I'd be fine (and nap), but the weeks were horrible. Finally I would sleep on the train both into the city & back. It helped a lot.
I'm assuming you are keeping yourself hydrated?

my doc says tylenol is OK. But I wouldn't take it every day.
Maybe u need more water?

i have been getting migraines and my doc told me to take aspirin free excedrin. check with your doc first, of course. it has acetametaphin and caffiene in it. also, try putting a cold compress to your head if you can. sometimes i can get relief that way.
