I think it's over already...
Well, here I am- after getting my BFP last week, I started spotting last night. I just had a feeling that it was over, I can't explain it....
I am starting to bleed more, almost like day 1 of my period, bright red.
I know I should call and make a dr. appt., but I don't want to. I feel like they won't be able to do anything anyway. I know that it is just as common for a 1st pregnancy to miscarry as it is for it to stick, and I should have known better than to think I would be one of the lucky ones.
I am so sad right now. I am trying to convinve myself that it's for the best, but it hurts so much.

You should call the Dr anyway, just so that they can check you and make sure you are healthy. My sisters GF had major bleeding in her second month and she is still PG, please, go get checked

I know how you feel. I m/c 15 days ago. I was convinced that this time was it. It sucks and it's hard. I would call your dr. bc you need to know for sure if that's whats happening. It will give you some closure to the situation and maybe they can figure out why you m/c if that's the case. I'm so sorry. I know how much it hurts.

Thanks everyone- I called the doctor but they are gone for the day already. I'll call again in the morning. I am getting really crampy and bleeding more. Waiting for DH to get home because I didn't want to tell him over the phone....
This really sucks.

I think you should call their emergency number. They will have an on call doctor for you to speak to.
I think you should speak to a doctor and get his opinion/advise. He may send you to the ER or set you up with an early morning doctor's appt.
I'm sorry you are going thru this... I know it's horrible.

please call your doctor i understand how you feel i had a chemical pregnancy in april and i felt horrible but just know that the silver lining is that you can get pregnant so thats a good thing.

Thanks everyone- I got a call back from the Dr.'s office first thing this AM. They said it sounds like a textbook early miscarriage.
I can go in to get checked, but there is really nothing they can do at this point. I told them I'd rather wait until I stop bleeding to come in b/c I it's basically just like my period at this point. I am supposed to monitor to make sure it's not too much, and they are calling me back later to check in.
I will go in next week so they can make sure everything looks good.
I am trying to stay positive (although I admit I cried like a baby last night) and focus on the fact that a) I conceived on my first try and b) my body seems to be doing exactly what it should be doing in this situation.
I was only 4w2d, so I also am thankful that if it had to happen that it happened this early instead of in a few weeks.
I am cursing myself for using those stupid FRERS- I wish I had just waited it out and maybe I never would have even known I was pregnant!
Thanks for the hugs and the prayers- they mean more than you will ever know, since I can't bring myself to actually talk about it to anyone yet!

I posted two weeks ago about the same thing happening to me. I tested with FRER all positives then three days later they started coming out negative. Low and behold AF showed up two days later. I went in to the Dr. this past Saturday and there was nothing they could do, b/c it was a very early miscarriage. The Dr. just told me to stay positive and keep doing what I did last month, b/c I was PG but it didn't stick.
I know its hard right now but you will get through it. It feels like you are handed a gift and then someone takes it right back from you. I made a promise to both myself and DH to not test until AF is late b/c the Dr. said I would of never know if I hadn't taken the tests before AF showed.
