I HATE HATE HATE Verizon!
so we go over our shared minutes 2 months in a row....I give them more than half the bill, but not the whole bill.....
they turn our phones OFF with NO notice. I am SO aggravated that I might just KEEP them off!!!

call me crazy but i think you are supposed to pay the full bill every month....
i wouldn't be all that shocked they turned it off

not crazy I have to pay in full or they turn it off
ets : minutes might of had a fact as well

got a call about it being 1 DAY past due and
they shut it off the NEXT DAY!
now that i thought was extreme

I think if you call them and tell them you are only paying 1/2 or partial, they'll be ok with it. My friend was having $ problems and did this and they were ok with it. I don't think you can just send them less, I think you have to work out an arrangement.
