I had them for the last year for internet service and they were great, no problems. That is until I moved out of state in March.

When I moved I got the package taht included Direct TV and phone as well due to their promotion. Well what a big mistake.

The person who had the phone prior to me had Fios, so for the first three months I was being billed for Fios TV and phone along with my regular services.

They go and disconnect my internet on Monday without notification and when I call, they asked me the reason why it was cancelled. I know the bill was paid because its automatically debitted from my account.

I was on the phone for over an hour and was told that they would have someone call me back on Fri. DH called them flipping out and was promised a call back the same day. We have yet to hear from them.

I was told by Verizon that it would be a $250 cancellation fee for the DirectTv and now Direct TV is telling me $480 because I agreed to a 24 month contract.

Thankfully I called Optimum and they were here already this morning to hook up TV, Phone and Internet plus they reimburse you up to $200 for cancellation charges from previous providers.. Meanwhile I am still waiting for Verizon to call about why my internet was disconnected.
