How much water do you drink daily?
I recently went to the doctor for a physical and he told me he thought I was dehydrated. He asked typically how much water I drink each day and was not happy with my answer.
Do you typically drink the recommended 64 ozs of water?
He said you should really be drinking almost half of your body weight in water.
I barely drink 1 bottle a day!

i can go an entire day with 1/2 a poland spring bottle. on average 1-2 bottles a day. terrible, I know.

About 80 ounces of water each day. I don't drink any other beverages all day. Every once in a while I'll grab a latte.

I drink an average of 100 oz of plain water and 2 cans of seltzer. Sometimes more.
I have kidney stones so I have to keep hydrated in order to keep them at bay.
But once you start drinking that much, you actually begin to be more thirsty for it. I drink 20 oz first thing in the morning. Then another 20 with my Bfast. I drink 20 between bfast & Lunch and then seltzer with lunch. And so on.
I definitely feel it when I don;t drink enough.

not enough. I downloaded an app that reminds me to drink water throughout the day. It logs the amounts so I can see how much I actually drank. I usually just chug 16oz at a time (4x a day) and thats the easiest way for me to get it all in. Without the reminders I just never drink enough.
I will say that since I've been doing it, I have like no headaches anymore and my skin is so much nicer. Even with the obvious benefits, it's hard for me to do. I hate water.

At first, yea. But now I'm used to it.
I pee every 4 seconds after drinking 1 cup of coffee tho lol

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who doesn't drink enough. My doctor made me feel very guilty.
I do have to say that I have noticed that lately I have more headaches. I attribute this to dehydration.

Same here. Ive downloaded waterlogged to track it and compete with myself from the previous day but I still seem to drink more coffee than water. So bad.
ETA: I never drink it at home so I started buying Le Croix waters so they have some flavor. That def helps!

How much water do you drink daily?
I prob. drink 50-60 oz. Mon-Fri. I'm like 5 feet from the water cooler. I have to work on drinking more water on the weekends.

There are times when I'm BFF with water and drink cup after cup but there are also times when I'm like a camel like NervousNell said.
However has anybody experienced the AMAZING feeling of drinking water when u're really, really thirsty and the water is at the right temperature, delicious!

i normally drink no water. i might drink one 16-oz bottle of water a day.
now...
since i got my fitbit (a few weeks ago) and it asks you to track your water, i've been paying a lot of attention to it. i'm up to about 48-56 oz of water per day.
and yes, i live in the bathroom at work. there are times i pee, walk to my desk, just to turn around and go back... LITERALLY. one of the very few good things about working here is that the bathroom is about 10 paces from my desk and the office manager is in there as often as i am, so i don't get judged.

How much water do you drink daily?
I drink at least 48 oz of regular water but sometimes 72 - 96 oz if I go to the gym that day. I pretty much only drink water, wine, tea, and an occasional coffee.

Definitely not enough. I have a 20oz bottle that I fill up at lunch time and drink that. Sometimes I refill it, but I never drink 2 full bottles in a day. The morning is coffee coffee coffee. If I go to kickboxing, I have a 32oz bottle that I finish during the course of the workout.
The weekends I rarely get any water in.

Not at all enough.
I drink too much half caff coffee, 20 oz seltzer at lunch, and 1/2 liter of seltzer at night with dinner.
I pee enough as it is already, with my blood pressure meds.
